The reason I started Zest
"After years working with startup teams, one thing became clear: the earliest engineering hires often have an outsized impact on the future of the company.
They shape how products are built, how teams operate, and how quickly a business can move. I also came to appreciate the role a recruiter can play in helping communicate a company's mission, helping the right candidates understand the opportunity and why it matters, which is often key to attracting the right people.
I started Zest to work closely with startups through those moments, building long-term partnerships as teams grow and evolve."
